An Update with Pictures

I thought you might enjoy a good update. However, I'm getting quiet busy! Only 7 school days left! Today was my senior students' last day. For thier class we made homemade ice cream and discussed the chemistry behind it. (Or at least I talked about it while they ate.) Either way, we had fun. This year was a big year for me and I will never forget some of them! Here are a few pictures from school and a few pictures of our fire pit.

Here are three students making their ice cream. One unique thing about my school is that the students have an extremely strict dress code: only blue, khaki, or black dress plants, no jeans, shirt must have a collar and be tucked in, and students must wear a belt! It works out well and it really good for kids with money issues. It also cuts out a whole slew of discipline problems!

Here is my favorite, although, toughest class. Funny how that works out! They're a good bunch!

And yes, even with their uniform, they're good at being silly. Who couldn't love teaching with this bunch??

Here are a couple of pictures from our bon fire! I love this fire pit and I love my friend Amy! She's great! She's getting ready to start PA school and will be farther away. But that is what they make cell phones and cars for!! I've got her for one more weekend before she leaves!

I LOVE THIS THING!

There is me with my love! We had a great time! I have a feeling we'll be using this thing all summer! Well, this weekend my dear friend, Kelly's bachelorette party and bridal shower that I have been planning for a while now. I can't wait to get to catch up with my good old BSU friends and celebrate Kelly's to be marriage!

I am sad that this weekend well on the same weekend as my cousin Jenny's baby shower! If it weren't for volleyball and Kelly's stuff, I'd be there! I can't wait to meet my new baby cousin???...second cousin???...cousin once removed?? Either way, I am excited! We haven't had a baby around for a while.

Well, I better go! Things are busy around these parts! Lots of love.
