Last Day of November

As the last day of November fades into the night and I watch Nick work on "roll over" with Kona, I am happy! Life is Wisconsin is great! It is so nice to be closer to our families. I am thankful for my time in Indiana but am so happy to be back.

One thing I am not ready for are the Wisconsin winters. Oh boy. It's 27 degrees outside and I am already putting on long underwear before I walk the dog. What will I do when it is -27 degrees?

I miss my Indiana friends! I look forward to seeing my old vb friends on the 18th of December. I am especially excited to see Kelly, my best buddy in the whole world!

School's going great! I enjoy my students and my colleagues!

We put our Christmas tree up yesterday. It's a 7 foot fake tree and it looks pretty great. We actually made a trip to the store just to see how the store make the trees look less "fake." Here's the trick: bend the branches in a bunch of random directions.

Okay, well I better get back to working on a lab for my students.

Love to family and friends!
